For the last several years, the voice of talk radio has been largely conservative, and, for the most part, blatantly misleading.

As time has passed, more and more terrestrial radio stations franchised conservative talkers, and more and more people have become disenfranchised by the lack of a liberal voice on the air. Our information had come close to being silenced.

In early 2007, a small group of progressives became fed up with what they perceived as a corporate-enforced dominance of talk radio by those conservative voices who will willingly lie, distort and twist the truth in order to please their corporate sponsors and make a few bucks at the expense of the well-being of the average world citizen. We had become increasingly frustrated by the fact that our voices could not be heard and others, like us, wouldn't know of our existence.

Fate intervened when one of us discovered Blog Talk Radio.

Now, we had a venue.

Now, we had the voice we were missing.

Now, we can get the truth out.

The Free World Radio Network is pledged to get you the truth you are NOT hearing in the conservative-dominated noise chamber of corporate media and political punditry. We have vowed that it is our mission to let you know what's REALLY happening and to listen to YOU. We are not the voice of The Party. We are the voice of The People!

And now that voice will be heard!
