What ever happened to Bush's trip-to-Mars plan?
He went and set up shop there 6 years and 7 months ago. It's the only plausible explanation for his actions over that period of time.
That or he was born on Mars and is actually an illegal alien posing as a human, in which case his claim to the presidency is invalid and someone needs to call Al Gore.
